KinBridge Housing was founded on a simple idea: affordable housing should feel like home, not just a place to sleep. We saw too many independent adults with disabilities and seniors in Hampton Roads struggling to find clean, safe, respectful shared housing that didn't compromise on dignity.

So we set out to build something different — homes where neighbors become family, where the essentials are covered, and where every resident is treated with the respect they deserve.

KinBridge Housing does not permit children under 18 to reside on the property. All residents must meet the age and eligibility requirements outlined in their Occupancy Agreement.

Q. Are smoking, alcohol, or weapons allowed?

No. Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and weapons of any kind are not permitted anywhere on KinBridge Housing property.

Q. How long does the application process take?

Apply online, schedule a tour, and once approved, we'll work with you on a move-in date.

Q. Can I tour a home before applying?

Absolutely — we encourage it, so you can meet potential housemates before deciding.
